Well, i can tell the bare feet kicks are more skilled anyway, but a 5/10 in boots vs a 5/10 in bare feet, the boots are definitely harder because of the harder surface.

I'd like to try being busted with shoes or boots on.  I've always been a little hesitant though, not because of the pain I'd feel in my balls but I'm concerned that it might be rough to my skin and possibly cause cuts and bleeding since I would be naked.  Probably nothing major but I didn't want to go that route.

Yes the mid-level might be what helps.  I think it's also small things on shoes, the laces or little metal bits, anything that's not smooth can be rough on bare skin.  If your boots are smooth (they probably are?) then the force of your kick will go fully to his balls but be reasonably gentle with his skin.  That works fine.  :)

I've never had cuts per say, but have had burns and very stinging abrasions from shoes and boots. They don't really occur on the nut sac because it's softer and tends to give in or move away from the impacts. Usually its the base or shaft of the dick that sustains the skin abrasions because, admittedly, it's usually the firmest or hardest thing in the target area, for obvious reasons. Even with smooth topped shoes this can happen if your kicker is kicking you with her toe or tip of her shoe as opposed to the top area of her foot. Obviously, this can be even more prevalent if she is wearing a pointier type of shoe.
There are lots more pains involved than just in the balls themselves when a woman is kicking with shoes or boots against a naked cock and balls.

Oh I can assure you that we absolutely feel the most pain in our balls.  :)

The other nearby areas are sensitive too, so if they get hit there is pain, but the balls are by far the most sensitive spot and where we are most vulnerable.  When a guy really loses control of his body after a bust, falls down, can't speak or breathe, it's because his balls are in pain, not the other areas.

It's ironic how hits to our balls hurt the most but that's where we also enjoy it the most.  But of course that's the erotic quality of it all, and the control women can have over men that is so exciting.

When the hit is right on target to one of the balls or both, that is definitely the main pain, if not the only pain felt for sure.
I suppose targeting has to be more accurate when kicking naked balls with shoes or boots as opposed to balls hiding under a layer of clothes. ....that is, if you want to inflict pain to only the balls and not the dick or anywhere else in the area.

Yeah, a woman's foot or knee is larger than a man's balls so if it's accurate it's almost always going to hit both balls, not just one. 

In my experience, kicks or knees often give little more force to one ball or the other (it's kind of random) but it's usually a "package deal" (LOL), either both balls get hit or it's a miss altogether.
