It's OK if a girl says no, because it's understandable that she might not want to kick or hurt someone.  

I think what we men fear is that the response will be "no" combined with a "OMG you are soooo weird!" and her thinking that we're a total freak.  :)

We don't want to scare anyone with our interest, or make them feel uncomfortable.  But it's tricky to figure out which girls are open-minded about it and which ones aren't, before we just have to come out and ask.

What if you faked getting hit in the balls, and then tried to read her reaction?

I like that idea.  I think the guy would need a partner though, someone to help with the fake hit in the balls.

Do your male friends (who you nut tap) know that you're really into ballbusting?  I mean, like, even more than just the tapping.

How do they respond when you surprise them?

No they don't know. Girl's nut tap all the time, I'm not really acting out of the ordinary. 

They either bend over and then sit down, or collapse. They laugh it off, but I can tell they're swallowing a lot of pain which is hilarious (:
