Recently, I've been using kicks and knees a lot too. Obviously the backhand/slap/punch are great methods for quick justice. A good example of a quick backhand I did was while my husband and I were out having dinner at our favorite Pub, he reached in and tried to grab food off of my plate, i gave him a quick backhand right in the balls, five fingers across the sac LOL, it worked wonderfully.

Not sure if this has been answered before, but what goes through your mind when you're about to bust someone? Is it just a quick, spontaneous hit, without much thought into it, or do you begin to plan it, and have your heart race, knowing you're about to hit someone in the testes?

I'm curious what you think, haha. :)

A lot of things go through my mind at that moment...stuff like, I'm about to hit him in the balls, I try to picture his shocked face he's about to have, him writhing in a few moment. I get very pumped up in that brief moment just before i do it. The heart races, butterflies of excitement even feeling slightly sexy knowing what i'm about to do. Just so much stuff going on : D

And haha, it seems like you really enjoy/have fun with busting, as it seems more than just one of those "silly pranks" or just some casual thing for shits and giggles, haha. Have you ever over-thought when you're about to bust someone? Like you're waiting for them to turn a certain way, or bend over etc. and you just can't contain your feelings? Haha. I can imagine when the time comes, you almost miss your mark too, haha. 

I feel like more people who do busting should look into the fun side like you do. I think it would be most enjoyable. :)

Yes, when I'm secretly scheming to hit someone by surprise (usually one of my bb buddies or if i'm in an evil mood, my husband), i have noticed that I will wait for him to turn a certain way sometimes, not always, but i have. Most of the time it's just go right for it (the balls) and not wait for them to move into a better position.

Do you find your planned strikes are more effective than your spontaneous ones? Or are both just as effective? 

Perhaps you could conduct an experiment, in the name of science! But more importantly, as an excuse (I mean reason) for you to hit more testicles. ;) Haha.

No, there is no actual difference between the two, a planned vs a spontaneous hit. All depends on the power dished out.
