I agree with you about the humiliation part.  There is something really nice about being in that helpless pained state, down on our knees, and we can't hide it.  We just can't.  And the girl sees it and knows it and knows what she just did, and is capable of doing to a man like us.  And when she LIKES that... that is when it is so sweet.
