How about we be sadistic on ourself and motivate each other for some daily Squat torture! What do you say? I want you to go to the gym with me that was in the mail today, its no fun to go alone!

Days ago it was yet like 50 and another 50 squats until i went nuts and did 135 in one go the next day. THink you cant do that? think again. Its mainly willpower. The "burn" comes at about 30-35. I trick myself to keep going by thinking "ONly 10 more... okay 10 more yet... and yet 5 more, well do 5 more to make it another ten." Counting backwards helps too, like first you do to 50 then 49 48 47... pummeling towards zero like a parachute jumper going down. THers no stop in mid air, you know.
Today i really wanted to see if its all just the convenience that makes us stop, and yes it is.
Did 160 squats and even 50 easier ones in the shower!
This isnt about competing or how extremely deep you go or if you perform them with arms stretched out, etc. I just know that i wont keep doing even 30 per day unless im being motivated
