I LOVE frontal kick with tip of a platform wedge or boot will knock down any guy...

but a well aimed pointy heel tip to the testicle.... that will make sure he never gets up

Hmm, a hard kick pretty much always works. But to be certain, an iron grip around one nut works the best. Also, I get to be close to his face to see all the funny expressions he makes as he's crumbling in my hand.
