Bored Of my usual game

First of all I need to state that yes I pay for busting. It is just a token amount though. More a thank you than anything.

My normal game is called Ten Kicks. Got a few girls in my local area who play once in a while.

Rules are simple. 

I buy ten kicks (normally £20)

Then I have to stay standing for all ten. No swearing, dropping or refusing the next kick while I catch my breath. 

She can wear whatever footwear she wants. Have run up if she likes. Make me take off the jeans even. 

If I fall then then She earns the bonus money. 

It's a good game for getting that little extra out of your kickers.

I seem to lose more than I win now. If I ever did win I got a little breather then got to nominate the busting of my choice or sometimes got a boob flash. Both good options. 

So what games do you play, what do you use to motivate your busting buddies. How to you regulate rewards? 

Any and all thoughts on this topic and how to liven up my game would really, really be appreciated.

I did something similar. What worked for me in the past was I offered a prize for any girl who could make me call it quits before 30 minutes are up. Same kind of rules as yours (no refusing, no wasting time. etc, but no limit on the # of kicks). I offered a $100 dollars if they could make my tap out, but paid $50 if I made it to the end.
