On SNL he played John Wayne bobbit and got busted with a pipe. 

Almost every character of his has been busted . 
apparently the one he took in Austin powers three from the meteor globe was without protection to get an authentic reaction ( he does flinch a second  before it )
In the love guru and Austin powers in the first movie both characters have 30 years of blue balls Powers from being frozen and guru Pitka from a chastity belt

You may have a point here. In the movie So I Married An Axe Murderer, he gets busted twice. Once while sliding down the roof, and again when he's fighting with the redhead for the axe and she kicks him. He kicks her back too. Pretty funny scene.
