Methods for self ballbusting?

Any ideas for self-ballbusting? I've been using one of those "oxballs" ball binders that keeps them snug together and a reflex hammer like what physicians use to test deep tendon reflexes, seems to be working well but am looking for other interesting ideas. I will not use a toilet seat lol.

Aside from the other method I commented on, I like electro play though it can be a PITA to get set up.

Build a motorised ballbusting machine, its not complicated and if you enjoy a hard rythmic ballbusting it can be great fun.
