If you found out that some of your employees liked the threats and hits in a sexual way, what would you do?

BIG GRINS, I'd have more non sexual fun with him. You can't let opportunities like that get away. I might even give him a raise so he'd want to stay a while.

yes, it would be fun having an employee like that. " hold all calls, i have a special meeting in my office, with X" ( the employee that's into it)

Only problem is, I'd frown on too much sick time taken away by him LOL ; )
