He may have assaulted you and have hurt you if he succeeded but I don't think he would have smashed your reproductive system and ruined your sex life like you did to him. Personally I think what you did was far too harsh. I'm sorry if I offended you or anything.

of course you don't, you seem to think it's OK obviously. You're just mad i was able to defend myself.

He's kinda right in what he said but you also stand a valid point. He isn't saying you shouldn't have defended yourself he's saying that maybe you should have given him a strong kick but not totally broken them. He also never said its OK to attack women. In the 18 years I've known my brother he never assaulted me like that but it is worth taking into consideration since he is a male. But do stand up for yourself, just don't ruin a guys life in the process.

And take a bow once in a while? lol jk. I've been to Spain several times, I love it there. A warning, you have to understand, I will be with my husband when i visit again.

When you bust your male employees in front of your female employees, how do both tend to react?

Most of the time, the females are in the main office and don't get to see it happen all that much. Most of the busts happened back in the warehouse or on the loading dock. When the girls were present they broke out laughing because they found it funny, the guys find it playful and funny also.

So far you've talked about a good kick and a good backhand. What was your best knee at work?

2008, about this time of year the company was having a friday afternoon BBQ. Several of the employees had water pistols and were shooting everyone and anyone, even if we were unarmed. I was shot several times. During the coarse of the afternoon, I found myself sneaking up on one of the water gun snipers. I wasn't going to do anything but try to grab the pistol out of his hands. I was about 2 or 3 steps away when he turned around. I screamed like i was 10 years old and then kneed him slightly in the balls, he doubled over from the knee and then i grabbed the water pistol from his hand and gave him several shots of water.
