That actually seems like an interesting idea. The thing is, rules in an rpg define the framework.Which means that before playing such a game, those that will play it should decide what bases are chosen to the rules, and create rules for the ballbusting part.

Questions such as "how powerful is ballbusting in this game" should be answered. In a world where an initiate mage casts a fireball and it deals between 3 and 18 damages (exemple from D&D 3e), how much can a kick to the balls deal? Or a serie of kicks to the balls. Are the balls hp related in any way to the character hp? Like, if you have a high constitution character, you have more hp and your balls do too? Like each ball is 1/4 of your character hp.

How many damages should be sufficient to make a ball pop?
Can a character survive the first contest with his balls still functional if he passes out but the balls didn't actually take rupturing damage? Like, should it be possible to pop a ball just by dealing massive amounts of damage from several different blows, or should it be only possible if one blow is soooo hard, like more than a fixed number (like twice the ball hp or like more than 10 damage).

What I fundamentally mean is that an rpg could be manageable on here (or any chat-like platform really). But an rpg with ballbusting in it will need a lot of work on thinking how the busts work in the game, the rules around it, and it can't be maid by only one person on my opinion, because this person will make arbitrary decision on the rules depending on what he fantasize the most on seing in the game (like, a guy bent on castration would probably make it incredibly easy, whereas a guy that likes to see 100s of little hits would probably give 1000 hp to the balls/man so that the girls have to kick for hours before any guy can fall).

Anyway, if there is something to create, I think it should be a collaborative creation, and I also think that at least one guy and one girl should participate in the developpement of the rules.

I also think that before going to such length, it would be wise to make sure that some people are really interested in trying this activity and are really going to get engaged in the games. Because creating complex rules for only one game is a complete spoil of one's time. Also, the question should be asked, are we out for an rpg whose only motivation is playing our fetishes, or do we want to actually play an rpg, and in this rpg, busting is involved?

Like... Will there be a GM that puts challenges in front of the players? Will the GM change over the different games? If not, who will it be and what is the sex it would be better that it have (if there is an answer anyway).

In other words, is the rpg part of the game an excuse for busting, or are you interested in playing a true tabletop rpg, only you would like being able to periodically engage in your fetishes in the course of this rpg?

I can't promise anything, but if it's the latter, I might be interested. If it's more the former, I could be interested in participating once in a while but to be honest it's less appealing to me.

What about the idea of contest between femdom ballbusters, in order to see which one has the most devastating power. The final aim of the competition would of course be the rupture of the male candidates. The male players might have a certain level of points when they start, an amount for each ball, that would deminish with each kick until the ball pops... The context could be a stadium where the male victims are presented to an audience, or a hunt. What do you think of this? It is just an idea...

I just completed a translation for a sci-fi RPG named Solar Echoes. It involves a game mechanic named "Strike the Weak Point", while it is not 100% ballbusting, since you can describe how you strike any weak point of the alien races and humans of the game, there is a ready-made character that is clearly ballbusting-inclined :
