Yes, I do have a video coming up, there are several of them where the same girl from Nutsm@sh#1 was wearing sneakers.  I forgot to bring sweats only because I was just getting off work, and it was a last minute meeting.  She destroyed me.  Of course, in Nutsm@sh#2 , I was in sweats, and the girl was barefoot, she threw killed me too.  The verdict for me is, hard footwear hurts, but barefoot, or socked footed kicks hurt about the same, though you have a softer surface making contact, they tend to kick harder to make up for no shoes, and more accurate because they can feel what they are impacting.
