Methods for self ballbusting?

Any ideas for self-ballbusting? I've been using one of those "oxballs" ball binders that keeps them snug together and a reflex hammer like what physicians use to test deep tendon reflexes, seems to be working well but am looking for other interesting ideas. I will not use a toilet seat lol.

I used to use a slingshot and tennis ball when i was a kid. Worked great. Slingshot broke though, and I haven’t replaced it.

After a few hits, letting go of that slingshot when it was aimed at my nuts turned into the hardest thing in the world haha.

Bongers are good too. Be careful if you give em to someone who’s busting you though, they’ll wreck you :p.

I just googled Bongers and they look rather.. mild?  They hurt?  I might have to pick one up :D

I thought the same. They’re wayyyy more effective in the hands of someone else, but the stick is bendy so you can get a good amount of force out of them. It’s kinda like punching yourself though, it takes some conscious effort. But, it’s a much more solid impact than just your fists.

They are great, even better when used with a motorised machine. The hit is hard but the flex ensures the risk of extreme damage is limited.

I agree. This is what I use when doing self busting. It's also great for directed busting. You can let someone else tell you which setting to pull it back to and whether to aim at your left ball or your right one. I also wound up using it in board games with my wife. We'll add rules which say that she gets a special ability in the game proportional to what setting she shoots me with.
