I’ve been thinking more and more about this recently. Previously all my attention has been on delivering pain to the balls, but what about the cock?

For me, barefoot would be much preferable to shoes for something like this. The tread on the bottom of a shoe seems like it wold give me a nasty abrasion, which again, not desirable. From what I've read, you have to be a little more careful with the cock than with the balls.  If the penis is erect, it's possible to fracture it which is a very serious injury.  Soft penises you can do what you want to, but erect ones you have to be a little more careful with.  I think that generally 1 and 2 would probably be fine, but 3 I would stay away from with an erect penis.  Toe punting a restrained erect penis seems like a good way to wind up having to visit the ER.
