I just do it when I feel like it, which is most of the time :) And I do wake him up with knees or squeezes pretty often. Usually to get him out of bed to make my breakfast.

For the pants question, do you just mean pull them up so they are tight on his balls? Ive never done it, but I guess if he was wearing gym shorts I could pull them up pretty high and kind of hold his balls in place. Is this something you have had done to you?

What have you done to him that hurts the worst?  Are generally straight repeated kicks worst for him, or a squeeze where you don't let go, or what?  What can/does he do to provoke that?

Specifically, the worst I've ever hurt him was with repeated kicks from behind with a pair of pointy boots. His balls got pretty swollen and purple and he was crying, it was scary. He ended up being fine though, no ER visit or anything.

Generally I guess the worst for him are the loooong hard squeezes I give him. Its great because he has no way to protect them or escape. And I can adjust my grip to get in some punches and slaps. Its the way I most often bring him to tears or make him use his safeword. He says squeezes cause a different kind of pain that is scary for him. Like he thinks they are going to pop if i dont let go.

But its hard to say because repeated kicks or knees can be just as brutal for him. Sometimes I'll even just give him a little backhand shot in passing and he will crumble and be unable to speak for a minute. So I guess what I'm saying is "There's no wrong way to beat a ballsack"  :)

And he doesnt do anything to provoke it. Its just a part of our daily routine, like a morning coffee or an afternoon cup of tea. Hi Sebastian. In reality, thats too extreme for me. Its definitely something I fantasize about, but I could never actually do it. Especially not to my boyfriend, I need to keep his around!
