this video should be mandatory for women to watch.  it really shows how powerful and easy a kick can be.  i like how she states that an attacker will never be standing with his legs together, and that the groin can be hit from almost any position.  and how hard are those kicks??  if she actually kicked a guy that hard they'd probably rupture!
