Overall, I'm in agreement, it's a hot scene. I'm also in agreement it's disturbing and not because I'm worried about him. I don't remember the specifics of the movie but it's obvious she is connecting to some pretty intense emotional pain-- that sucks. She's not getting off on it, he certainly isn't either. Still... she's hot as hell and is really throttling his completely helpless nuts-that's hot.

The movie is called On the Doll, it just came out this year. I haven't seen it but this clip is classic in the BB community.
