Here's why it's fake: her knee does not rise high enough even to touch his testicles.  

So it's not an issue of how hard did she do it or whatever.  His balls are never hit, by anything, in the entire video.  Yet he pretends that they were.

Otherwise I LOVE the "real life" ballbust videos, where nothing is scripted and we're seeing how it really goes down.  Unfortunately this just isn't one of them.

1 more vote for 'staged'. Look how weak she's kicking him when he's on the ground. I've seen more aggression in professional wrestling, and I'm talking Hulk Hogan professional wrestling here, not the hardcore professional wrestling :)

The dude's switch from 'On my god, my balls hurt so bad, I'm going to die...' to 'I'ma get you, bitch' also seems a little too smooth.

sorry tender boy, thats how it happens in the real world, it's not all bells and whistles and flashy. I think it's a fantastic video, i prefer the real ones.

Seems a little... staged?

Did her knee even lift high enough to reach his balls?  It didn't look like it.  And if it did, it was just a tap.  Didn't look like much force at all.  And he's just rolling around like he got ballbusted by a Sherman tank.

If it was real then that guy is the biggest dork on the planet, LOL.
