I've always taught that the perfect way for a women to knee a man was to put her hands on your shoulders and pull you while she kneed you in the balls. 

Well not any more!!!!

A few weeks ago me and my wife where play fighting in the kitchen which is pretty common. She would always go for the balls she love busting as much as I do. She is 5,2 about 8 stone and I'm 6,0 around 16 stone. This day anyway it was hot and she only had a string top and sexy Lycra shorts. She knows I love Lycra so she wears it a lot. Anyway the play fight stopped as she wrapped her arms around my waist and pulled me in for a kiss. While kissing she slowly moved her two hands around to the front of me and caught the two front pockets of my jeans. The kissing stop she smiled at me move back a bit and pulled out of my pockets while kneeing me straight into the balls.

i dropped to the floor. She was delighted with her move and danced around the kitchen to celebrate.

I could not move my hips back or to the side as she a hold of me. Prefect!

Excellent....another great technique is for the woman to grab both sides of a man's trousers, pull upward to tighten the garment around his nethers..... and bring her knee up to the moon.   Night night.
