Well usually a straight clean punch to the face works for me, moving on to multiple shots to the body and then some more punches to the face and choking the dude out.

If I wanna fight dirty, poke his eyes, knee to the face, punch, grab and twist the nuts, take him to the ground and step on his nuts with 4in stilettos and then run and get the fuck outta there.
