- The very first time was about four years ago. My boyfriend at the time was tickling me and I was laughing and kind of flailing around and I accidentally kneed him in his testicles. How often I do it depends on how I am feeling. I usually tend to do it more when I am feeling frustrated or stressed out, because it is a great way to let off steam and unwind. On average, I guess I do it maybe three or four times a week. It's hard to put an exact number to it.

- I think that very first time was the most memorable, and in a way it was the best because it was so unexpected. It is true that alot of the fun comes from anticipating that I am going to do it, but still the surprise of the first time and the great feelings that came along with it make it my favourite I guess. I was so pleased for the rest of the day, and my boyfriend actually admitted that it was pretty funny. I was glad he wasn't mad and that he saw the funny side of it. I didn't think to ask him about injuries, I basically just assumed that they were fine. And they were.
