Don't remember first experience but it was mostly in college. Tapping guys in parties or otherwise and then grew more into BB.

Urge to bust is about weekly or whenever opportunity presents.

I mostly bust out of interest and not self defense. These days hubby is at the receiving end of most busts :)

What's your favorite part of a bust (the kick, knee, punch) the 'ooowwww', the drop, rolling around, the inability to breathe...? (Give Details): Expression of fear/nervousness before the kick and walking funny after a good busting session.
