Awesome girl, very determined, no giggling, 100% focus on the action. I have no doubt that girl will really know how to defend herself in a real life situation. Look at how she holds his arms so tight he cannot escape her kick, he wanted to move back with his body to reduce the impact but she holds him so tight. Just look at his arm muscles and you see what I mean.

She kicked him so hard she literally lifted hist heels off the ground.

I can tell you based on my own long martial arts and self defense experience that this girl really has a killer instinct.

This really is one of the most realistic self defense pictures I've seen lately.
