The film looks hysterical, if you're into those absolutely goofy movies. The moment we're looking for is at 1:09, and it's pretty visceral, in a silly sort of way.

It's a low budget horror movie called "Death of the Dead".   Rotten Tomatoes entry has the same picture but in color.
