Sarah and Rob - New Neighbour

"Look, I've had it!", exclaimed Robert, as he got up from his chair to look out a window. "Every night, that stupid lady comes back from work to do her stupid yoga, doors wide open playing that annoying music! How will I ever get my paper done like that!"

"You.. do it in the afternoon instead of rushing it like you always do?", replied Sarah, pretending to be puzzled as she rolled her eyes and continued reading her book. 

"It's great I got a room mate like you who doesn't make much noise, but that lady living opposite of our apartment.. argh! If she doesn't stop in fifteen minutes, I will go over and give her a piece of my mind!"

"Anything you say, big man. Just watch your tone, don't want to get your testicles kicked in a night before your big date", Sarah brushed off the thin but athletic guy.

True enough, it went on for longer than fifteen minutes, as Rob went over, banging heavily on her wide open door. He waited impatiently, as he heard footsteps, bracing himself to give her a piece of his mi-

The sight of her completely stunned him, as a jaw-droppingly beautiful light skinned hispanic woman appeared, in nothing but a tank top and shorts. "You just interrupted a important pose, so this better be good, young man", she snapped irritatedly, as Rob ogled her body quite obviously.

"No, I, you see ma'am, I'm trying to finish a paper here now, and I can't really focus with your music", he snapped back to his senses, as she decided she had heard enough.

"I need the breeze, you will have no choice but to face the music, so to speak until I am done. Good night", she informed him and turned to leave. At that moment Rob felt a spark of anger in him, as he stabbed a finger at her and insisted that she stop her activities. She glared at him, and then his finger, her arms crossed.

"You get that out of my face right away!", she demanded, as he smirked and held his hand up at her anyway. "You will regret it, boy!", she warned him again, as he began to speak. "You can't be that much older than me, lady, so don't boy me! Plus, you're a woman! I could break you easily, except I won't because I'm a gentleman!"

"WELL, so are two particular parts of your anatomy, but I choose not to break them either!", she yelled, as Rob failed to get the hint, instead slowly raising his hands to protect his face. She sighed, as he failed to take the chance to move away, before she swung her foot back. "If you're such a man, let's see if you can take THIS!", swinging it forward, as if she aimed to kick him in the chin. 

He only realized where she had been aiming for a second later, when her bare foot connected with his scrotum, her slender toes sending waves of pain through him. 

Anguished wailing.

Sarah sighed, as she closed her book and went out to check on Rob. 

"It only takes six pounds of pressure to rupture one of your nuts. You should have at least tried to not leave yourself wide open for that, didn't you?"

"Oh hi! We haven't had the chance to be formally introduced! I'm Sarah!", she said, stepping over Rob's arched body to shake her hand, as he released a weak moan. "Sarah, help me.."

"This your friend's first time?", she smirked, as Sarah shook her head. "You must have really got him good! Look at him!"

Rob had his face down, and back arched into the air, as he moved up and down as if it would have made the pain go away. Right away Sarah could see he was crying. 

"You should join me for yoga sometimes, then maybe he will think twice before troubling you again", she offered, as Sarah nodded with a smile. 

"I'm sorry for the trouble, I'll make sure he doesn't bother you again", Sarah told her, as she dragged Rob back in.

"You better, Sarah! Next time round, I'll make sure to crack em both!"

Amazing, really well written too. God I wish I had a room mate like that. Actually ill be living with 3 new people next month and one of them is a hot Romanian girl. Hahah all fantasy tbh. Thanks!
