My girlfriend used to kick her brother in the balls all the time. She is kind enough to have given me a lot of the details.

She and her brother (who is 3 years older) fought a lot so she said she would always go for his balls. Mostly kicks and knees. Sometimes she said she would chase him around the house threatening to do it or hide and wait for him to go by. She says she got in trouble a lot for it, but thought since he was bigger it was fair. The ball kicking ended when she was about 12 because she said he give her an "indian rug burn" and she kicked him so hard that he cried (he was 15.)
