Hey Erica! I wish I could help you find scenes of this nature on Youtube. I remember one where it's a guy kicking another guy, and the girls coming to comfort him, so it's half of what you like, lol. I'm glad to hear these scenes turn you on, haha. 

Going on the whole make every kick count, I remembered a kinda funny video. These jerks harass this girl, so this other girl comes to the rescue:

The busts start around 1:00, and every kick counts. The reactions are pretty good, even if a tad over the top towards the end, but I can almost imagine you coming to the rescue, and teaching those dudes a lesson by giving them cracked eggs. :P I also like how the first girl reacts to one of the kicks, as if feeling it herself, haha. I'll try find more too.

Unfortunately like the egg video, I still have to find it. >.< I know it's on Youtube, because I remember seeing it in someone's playlist, but I'll have to ruffle through them, lol.

In the mean time, just thought I'd share some fun facts, lol. In German and Mexican slang, the testicles are often referred to as "eggs" so you can say you've kicked guys in the eggs, haha. Tritt in die Eier or patada en los huevos (kick in the balls ["eggs"]).

you mentioned that your school nurse gave you detailed classes on male anatomy, and told you firmly never to kick a guy "there". Do you think that there are many girls who become curious and just want to try it out when they first hear about male anatomy and are firmly told never to kick there?

As you most like to kick? kicks you strong? In my opinion a strong kick to the shin is the most painful way and mean to kick the balls.

So I'm still looking for that movie clip where the guy gets kicked by another dude, and the women console him for his pain, but I did find this real video, of a girl and guy going down a water slide in a raft, and the girl accidentally kicks the guy in the balls. What I like is how the girl reacts more than the guy, and is apologetic about it:
