It is very rare to lose a testicle through a kick or more, in 90 percent of cases there are only curable injuries in 15-18 days in the hospital, testicle loss can occur only in predisposed subjects, that is, those who do not have firm testicles in the scrotum, in this case it can  testicular torsion, the subjects in question represent a very small percentage of the subjects.

A testicle rupture is quite rare, but if that wonderful ball meat spills out that shell it has to be removed, reducing the size of the Nut in question. It is not like they can stuff it back in lol. Speaking from experience. They can be saved but they are going lose size and volume, just ask my sweet hubby. His left nut is smaller then the right because...well I crushed it, for real haha. Xoxo

I have read that cases of ruptured testicles causing the loss of even one are quite rare and that timely surgery can repair and keep organ function intact.

I think going to the hospedale is the most suitable choice, even though testicles rarely burst or rupture.
