I completely agree that most women find it funny or would enjoy busting balls in the right circumstances or with the right guy.  There's so much that factors into this kink, with the loaded nature of a weakness that stems from a man's source of strength making it seem funny, fun or just curious to people.

That said, I wonder if these same women (and men) that laugh at the sight of their friends or partners clutching themselves on the ground would admit to doing it for fun in a national public forum.  There's definitely a more open atmosphere these days surrounding sex and kink in general, as well as anything that a few decades ago would have been seen as taboo, like hitting guys in the balls. 

I think the taboo nature was a catalyst for this being a secretive kink for many of us with nuts, and it's probably part of the reason that nutshots are most often played for comedy, and why ballbusting is often viewed as such a bizarre kink to most people.  More to the point, I wonder if people are open enough at this point to talk about kicking balls like it's something they enjoy doing or having done.  Don't have an answer, just curious.

look most girls at my area at a younger age enjoyed watching even their boyfriends getting hit down there..

so I am not sure if it is an area type of thing or of we think its funny in general but I assume most girls would enjoy doing it if they knew it wont cause an injury

I wonder how many people would admit to doing it for fun while staring down the lens of a camera, especially at something as large as the WSOP.  It's one thing to tell your buddies that it's funny to watch them hold their nuts and moan, but to tell an interviewer on a large platform seems like a different story altogether.

She tried for both guys and only got the one guy who dropped. based off how she rubbed it in and how she went for both of them, she prob sack taps them a lot and likes to hurt guys balls for fun
