Best outfits for busting?

Men- What's your favorite thing to see a woman wearing while busting a guy?  Also - what's your favorite thing for her to wear while you're being busted?

Ladies - What's your preference to wear if you're busting a guy?

Oh yeah they are really great. Nice and elegant and perfect for busting.

I think boots with heavy platform are most effective for kicking balls. The balls cannot slip away as they can with sharp-pointed boots, and the weight of the platform sole adds an incredible amount of destructive momentum, so that the testicle will just be squashed between the pelvis and the platform.

Shiny spandex leggings.  Really tight and form fitting.  Tank top and sports bra and sneakers.  The very sexy gym girl look who is in shape.  There is no better outfit for ballbusting IMO.  The greatest ever.  Just perfect.

Athletic gear for her. Sneakers or running shoes with laces that fly properly up in the air when a good knee makes contact. If possible, a scrunchy or cute girly wristband with color for GSP. For me (the practice partner), t-shirt and jeans. Slip-on or athletic shoes.

Definitely a back up vote for miniskirt. I tried to get two of the Women I did self-defense with to wear them for making practice videos. They wouldn't do it. They had the perfect physique for it. But subconsciously they knew it was as such for my enjoyment of seeing their bodies more then just visually stimulating wardrobe choices.
