My advice is always to pretend they have caught you in the balls and show how much it has excited you. That way, she will realise that it is something that gives you pleasure. Oh yes, I have definitely distracted the guy. They usually have it in the back of their minds that there is a big risk of a lot of pain, but they easily get distracted by the intense pleasure of a blowjob or having their balls scratched or whatever.
