Kathy Long: Surprise Front Takedown For Self Defense (2019)

Kathy Long is a 5x Kickboxing Champion. That said, if you're a woman and you mess with her you'll find out. Men on the other hand probably wont because she emphasizes, glorifies and maintains that she'd rather grab the balls instead with her fingers. That's her bread & butter and she stands by it happily. She's mentioned it in books, shes admitted it in articles and has stories and videos galore of her doing it to men. None of the videos show men with cups. In my opinion, she should be made a poster child for this site. She has 35+ years worth of using the technique and its documented.
