Australia Day Beer self defense

A karate instructor with a fun attitude, teaches some self defense techniques in this rather silly, but fun video. At 1:50 she talks about a groin strike, but I love the very casual terminology she uses, and how she smiles and slaps her knee.

There's another video too where she talks about a few groin kicks, as well as one video where she answers a Twitter question about accidentally hitting a sparring partner in the balls. Can upload those if anyone is interested. :) I love this chick, haha.
