- Karate class 9th grade. Got a real high off it. Loved kicking guys in cups. It still hurts them. My one BF would buy a bunch of different cups and would let me test them out ;)

Out of curiosity, for breaking cups- is it just a matter of raw strength, or more technique involved? And have you ever kicked a guy like you intended to break it, and hit unprotected balls?

Welcome to the community. My Krav Maga instructress has broken many cups. Seems to be a point of pride with her. It makes me wince.lol All the lads tend to cringe.
