- I started busting my own balls in 2023. I have a technique where I watch a woman kicking a man in a ballbusting video and I take a baseball bat, hold it in front of me and swing it into my groin as hard as I can. I swing it at the same time the woman is kicking the guy so it feels as if the woman is actually kicking me.
I bust my balls at least once or twice a month.
Since I started busting my balls I have learned how painful it actually is and I also learned how swollen the balls get after repeated kicks and blows. When my balls are swollen after I bust them they get really hot and I find it hard to sleep and I get headaches. I have learned when to stop busting them before the swelling gets to that point.

- In movies or shows I love the choreography and the way it is directed. I love seeing a self defense ballbust in a bar performed by a dominant woman like Cynthia Rothrock. Hollywood has made a lot of those types of scenes. My favorite part of the bust is watching the woman act amused, sassy, dominant, confident and empowered after she completes the bust. I like when the woman does a hard snap kick or knee and the guy drops like a rock and I like watching her satisfied reaction.

- Yes. In the 5th grade at recess we were playing soccer and someone hit a line drive and directly into the goalie's crotch. The ball made a loud thud and he instantly went down and laid motionless. The teacher approached us and asked me what happened to him? I responded to her, “he got hit in the balls by the soccer ball.“ He eventually recovered enough to stand back up 5 to 10 minutes later and made a full recovery.

- My favorite busts are the ones I have seen in movies or tv shows. There is a Cynthia Rothrock scene in a bar where she takes her pool stick and pokes a biker guy in the balls and at the end of the scene she has him on the ground and presses her thigh against his groin threatening to crush his balls if he doesn't give her the answers she is looking for. He 'talks' and she lets him go.
