Hey Mickayla, great question. It depends quite a bit on the situation I'd say but, at first, surprise: "Wow! What's happening? Is she really smashing her knee/boots/hockeystick into my bollocks?" It takes a second or two before the pain sets in, especially the deferred pain from the stomach muscles, and then: "Owww, this HURTS!" All my attention is then focuses on my poor aching male organs and the sweet grinning face in front of me.

Then, I realize I had this coming and She has all the rights in the world to do as She pleases. The excitement sets in and I do get hard despite the pain, or even... the pain makes me get excited more. It becomes a mix of pain and lust and they feed off each other. She notices, and smiles and RAMS her kneecap into me, twice, before I double over. As white hot pains take over I realize I deserve all of this, and She knows. Then it gradually builds from there, until indeed I'm naked and vulnerable and She puts on those black high heels and will go all out... fueling Her lust and my extreme fear.
