Unique Busting Suggestions

So, sometimes my gf asks me to self-bust, when we aren't together and she wants to remind me who's in charge (sometimes via cyber-busting).  Recently another ballbuster gave me an idea for self busting that has now become my gf's favorite method. 

I'm wondering if the ball busters on this site have any other suggestions for effective self busting based on their own busting techniques or things they've made men do.  The winning ideas will be put to good use.  :P

1) Find a solid door

2) With the door closed, tie your balls with a 3' / 1m string to the door knob

3) Walk backwards until your balls are stretched just to the point of being a bit uncomfortable

4) Draw a line on the floor where your toes are

5) Open the door

6) Stand four inches behind the line

7) Slam the door

8) Tell me all about it :)
