Hello ladies ( and the unfortunate gentlemen ), today I would like to bring the start of a hopefully successful guide in the Beautiful Art of Ball Busting. Now in the last Forum discussion, I described on how you can be a ruthless BallBusting Bitch in certain situations. In this one I am going to describe to you how to actually Bust a pair of Balls. Ok I know what your thinking, busting balls is pretty self explanatory right? Not exactly, not if you want a good Busting to become an Epic Busting. I want to tell you how to beat, batter, bruise, and possibly break a mans precious Testicles. I shall say in all seriousness that if you are a man and you find the thought of losing one or both of your balls offensive, then click away from this now, you are not going to like what i have to say. The things that I put here come form personal experiences, and I put them here for one reason only: For woman who want to have a blast busting balls.

DISCLAIMER! Warning. Anything that you do in following this guide is YOUR responsibility. I do not, and will not take responsibility for any harm a woman can cause to your reproductive organs after reading this. If your worried about it then I would not recommend showing this to your potential busting partner. The side effects could include all and up to: light to extreme pain, swelling, bruising, bleeding, lose of sex drive, lose of testosterone, lose of consciousness, induce vomiting and dry heaving, lose of fertility, and a medium to high risk of becoming a eunuch.

First off let me thank you for being so patient, I realize now after writing this the magnitude of what this could become is becoming clear. I will continue to post to this as much as I can when I can, and I will try and leave the waiting period between post to minimum. That being said, let's get started.

I guess the best place to start this would be with kicking, after all this is Kicked In The Groin. It also happens to be my favorite way of busting balls, because quite frankly, you just can't beat a good old fashion swift kick to the nuts. Why a kick you ask? Because your legs have some of the largest muscles in your body and some of the strongest. The amount of force that you can put out with a well placed kick can be....well devastating. There are many different ways of kicking, but the one we are most interested in is the good old front kick. It's quick, easy, and if done correctly can obliterate a mans balls very easily. There a are three important things you should always remember when kicking a set of nuts: Your stance, your accuracy, and your technique. All of these will determine weather you graze his nuts, or completely crush them. The first thing you have to do is get the right stance.

First of all, start by taking a long step forward, the length between your feet should be two shoulder widths apart and shoulder width wide. The "Front" leg that you stepped forward with should be at a 45 degree angle, almost like you are doing a lunge with your foot facing forward. Your rear leg should be straight, foot facing to the side at a 45 degree angle. Most of your weight should be on your front leg. This is going to generate power behind your kick as move forward. If you are doing it correctly, you should be appearing to lean forward and you should feel a slight stretch in your back leg muscles. This stance is usually used in certain martial arts schools, mainly for practicing, though I wounds use it as a practical fighting stance. It is however prefect for breaking a dangling pair of balls. Try and keep your upper body straight ad make sure your back heel doesn't lift of the ground. Next step is chambering your kick. This is basically the action of drawing your knee up to prepare for the kick. This turns your knee into a targeting device, where its pointed will be where your kick lands. It also isolates the muscles that you are using, increasing the speed and in turn, the power of your kick. Once chambered, you snap your leg out quickly with your toes flexed forward. Now usually they tell you to curl your toes back and strike with the ball of your foot (Spot underneath your big toe.), but since this a groin kick, your instep works miracles on testicals ( it's the arched middle part of your foot, between the toes and the ankle). It's not recommend to strike with your toes with this kind of kick because you could end breaking you toes instead of his balls, not unless your wearing shoes or boots, but we will tackle that another time. Finally is rechambering your kick, which is pulling your leg back into the position that it stated in. Once you combine all of these steps into one fluid motion, you will become a nut shattering force to be reckoned with. Don't despair ladies though, there are many more things on this subject alone that will make you a mans nightmare wrapped in lace, I have plenty more to share; from practice exercises for the not so sure to the more intimate games, all the way into how to make him beg category. More on kicking to follow.

General Ball Busting tips:

-Pay attention to the weight shift when you deliver your kick, experiment with it to see the kind of power you can generate.
-Always exhale when your kicking.
-Chamber with a purpose! It helps you aim but more importantly it helps build up more power In your kick.

For the Ladies: You can also kick using your front leg, also know as a snap kick. Mess around with it.

For the Men: Though not the same, this is sort of how they show martial artist how to break boards, so keep that in mind before you just spread you legs. ;)
