teaching a girl to kick

Hello was wondering a good way to teach a girl how to kick Have friend that tryed it the other day and she has great knees but kicks need some work to do better. any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

In my experience, the best kicks are the "snap kicks": where the girl lifts her leg until her knee is at a 90-degree angle, and then from there she just kicks out her lower leg while her thigh is still parallel to the ground.

I'd suggest you demonstrate it step-by-step. If you're close enough with each other that it wouldn't be weird, you can even take one of her legs and guide it through the movement slowly, and just do it repeatedly until she can do it herself, then have her practice it until she can do the whole kick in one fluid motion.

thanks I will give it a try but we did do the holding leg snap kick first time and she did that good just wanted see any other advice here but she is super fun and will let ya know how it goes next time. Thanks again guys She said not to balanced but can work on that

Receiver of well over one hundred incredibly hard snap-kicks here. They are the fucking *worst* and most painful possible instantaneous event that has ever happened to me.

Practice makes perfect. I've also had better luck when i'm stripped down to tight underwear so her target is more visible.
