Susan, you are right it is a turn on.  There are a number of reasons I find it a turn on to be busted or threatened to be busted by a woman. First is that she doesn't know exactly how it feels (how bad it hurts if it is a moderate to hard bust, the level of discomfort and uneasiness caused by a light blow, or the pleasure of a very light squeeze) and that she never will experience what she does to my balls.  I do find it very sexy if she knows that it can range from  pleasurable (very light squeeze) to unbearable pain.  Secondly is that it is totally up to her what I will feel.  If she enjoys it that also adds greatly to the experience.  But for me it is not the pain so much that I enjoy (can be extremely painful to level of intensity unlike any thing else), but the relief that comes as and after the the pain begins to subside.  I like BB as part of foreplay for that reason and because everything else for a short time after being busted feels more intense than normal.  But not to the point of being too intense to enjoy.
