Saints Row: The Third - The new King of BB in Games

I'm kind of stunned no-one's mentioned this by now. In the new game Saints Row: The Third (360, PS3, PC), there's a huge emphasis on BB, to the point where there's a dedicated "nutshot" button. Saints Row is a big, open-world Grand Theft Auto type game, with a strong focus on humor and ridiculous, over-the-top antics. When you start the game, you create your character - similar to many modern RPGs - and the character creator is extremely diverse. You can play as a male or female, choose one of seven different voices for your character, and then customize things to an endless degree. If that's not your bag, you can download tons of pre-made and user-created characters, including many different likenesses, even on the console versions.

To the point, Saints Row 3 is a complete ballbusting sandbox, and probably the most BB-friendly game that's been released to date.  Saints Row 2 had some BB, but this expands upon it in every way.  Just about every weapon you can find (and there's lots) has one or two unique animations for hitting people in the crotch. If you're carrying a rifle, maybe it's a spinning backheel to the nuts. With a shotgun you'll stylishly twirl it around and slam the butt into their junk. Barehanded? Then you'll drop to your knees and punch them right in the crotch. When you hit someone, their reaction is extremely dramatic and drawn-out- often they'll collapse and lay there writhing in pain for ten or fifteen seconds. You can do this to anyone in the game world. Pedestrians, the Police... hell, if you do it to gang members, you'll start earning a "Testicular Manslaughter" bonus and build points as you run around combo-kicking people in the balls to death. It sounds kind of fantastical until you try it for yourself. This is the first game I'm aware of where you can literally run around on a sadistic, ball-smashing rampage until you get bored.

And underneath all that, it's a fantastic game with a hilarious story, fun gameplay, unparalleled co-op, and some absolutely wild mechanics. Highly recommended!

It is an amazing game and the bb/cb is endless if you want it to be. I noticed doing the melee crotch attacks is really resourceful when you're surrounded by enemies. I complete most of the assassinations by finishing them off with a low blow lol and my character is a hot chick. It's a really fun game

Same, I picked this up the day it came out, and aside from the story and otherwise fun gameplay, for those of us who are into bb, it's kinda fun to design your own ballbuster and run around wreaking mayhem, haha.
