How do I take down my videos on BBtube?

Basically, some videos are there, and I don't like it. 

Anyone have experience or advice?

Yep, we've had one or two videos pop up there. Hasn't happened in a while but if I remember correctly I flagged the video as copyrighted material and included a message with links to our C4S store (Patreon, in your case) showing the video on BBTube was A) not uploaded by us and B) not intended for public distribution.

Failing that, contact them directly with the address Noah commented there and contest it personally. And I always make sure to provide them with enough links to show them that you are legitimate creators and the video(s) in question were pirated. Hope it works out for ya dudes.
