Help finding a BB partner

So here I am, a single guy in his late 20's from NY. I have been out of the game for a while after getting out of a long term serious relationship about 2 years ago. I have always been more of a serious relationship or nothing guy so I'm not too experienced with the whole hook up thing. Every time I try to go for a hookup or friends with benefits thing, it ends up being that the girl wants a relationship and I don't want to be the dick that plays her so I back out. 

Anyway, It's weird because I have no trouble finding girls who want to be in relationships but I am pretty picky with that whole thing and just can't do it with someone who doesn't click as being "the one" with me. I have been really wanting to find a BB partner, but I have been having a LOT of trouble.  I have chatted with many girls on dating sites and have gotten to the point where it was ok for me to reveal my fetish. Most of the girls seemed ok with it (though not super enthused, just ok in a "I'll do it if you like it way" ) but most of the girls I have spoken with also wanted to get serious relationship wise before doing anything like that which I didn't want.  I have also tried craigslist ads, or just point blank asking certain girls on dating sites who seemed open to things and I haven't had one success with that.

Just wondering how you guys who find ballbusting partners do it? Is it by random chance as in meeting a girl somewhere and somehow stumbling upon the topic? Are any of you able to find anyone on dating sites or craigslist? HOW?! Keep in mind I will not pay for it. Not cheap, just something I wouldn't want to do (and not sure of the legalities here). Not against at all taking a girl out for drinks/dates/showing them a good time but just no business transaction lol.

What has worked the best for me is to focus on the relationship, ie HER.  Cannot emphasize that enough.  You take the time to figure her out and make her happy, she will most likely be interested in what turns your crank.  And aside from hanging out at the Dojo looking for a hottie that likes kicking her fellow classmates in the nuts (which, surprise surprise, works quite well), you can ask her some questions.  Such as; Have you seen 'little darlings'?, do you find physical humor funny, you know like the three stooges or all that nutkicking that you see everywhere, have you ever seen a guy get hit in the nuts?, did it make you laugh?, have you ever hit a guy there?, etc... etc... etc...
