Don't know if this was mentioned elsewhere on site, but I just found a groin kick in an RPG! Dragon Age Origins, to be precise. The rogue character class (male or female) has a move called Below the Belt.. which is exactly what it sounds like. There's no real reaction (unless an opponent dies during the move, even then it's just the generic reaction) but kind of cool nonetheless. More RPGs need moves like this... ;)
