Make sure that you shower and brush your teeth- good hygiene is important!  Be open, friendly, and respectful.   Communicate what you're looking for- either ahead of time, or day-of.  Good luck!

I know Im a lil late, but I do think it depends if its a friend, a bb buddy or a pro.  But being respectful is def important and also pay attention to your limits.  Depending how casual it is, may not need a safeword, but if you or she are into the more extreme end and are less familiar with eachother, may be a good idea too.  Hope you both have fun though and hope you're good and sore for the rest of the day!  Good luck!

Wear some pants that keep ur balls held up / supported nicely so the kicks hit the whole ball sack. Always be a little cocky with her so she feels better about successful kicks. Her laughter is the best part.
