as you you know, i love busting on the beach. So the scenario is a sunny beach day in a greek island :)
you can go there with your sis and Bf,and stay there just enjoying the sun.
Maybe your Bf will be suspicous so it wont have to happen early.Take your time, go for a swim a first time and let nothing happen. Go for a second swim and after that, when his groin will be wet, let him lay on the towel. All of a sudden you will stomp on his nuts, angry 'cause he was watching your sis boobs[i love boobs <3]. If your sis will be topless it will work better ;) his firs reaction will be hoping that no one have seen, but then you should lift him up and ask your sis if she want to punish him with a kick that of course will arrive immediately. I won't go further for this first time.

Here's something my ex-gf and I liked to do, that you might enjoy.  We would be out walking around the city in the evening.  If we came across somewhere secluded - maybe a park or a small side street - she would pull me into a dark corner and say "spread your legs".  She would kiss me, then smash her little fist into my nuts 3 or 4 times. 

Then we would continue our walk.  Me with balls freshly busted and aching, holding her hand very submissively.  Her with a cute little smile of satisfaction.

Well,as this bust is meant to be in public so you need to make sure that it actually attracts the attention of the passers by or otherwise there would be no point of a bust in public.

How about you gather some friends who are not into busting (for their surprise/shock factor) and have them casually talking to your bf (that way people will actually be focused on him.) in some public place and then suddenly out of nowhere you let fly a kick.

Have always been a fan of ballbusting in the elevator, my girl loves to kick me right before, or just as the elevator doors are opening.  She wants to see if I can cope with the pain or if I'll be curled up and going back up the elevator with a group of strangers.  Later in the evening when we're heading back to our room, she will kick or knee as we go up.
