Videogame Ballbust: Squeeze, Broken Eggs

Wondering if anyone here knows this scene or the game it's from based on a description. I first saw it a long time ago in a YouTube compilation of videogame ballbusting moments. The setting appeared to be ancient China/Japan, the protagonist is a young man who is indoors tied to a post. A dark-haired woman is trying to get information from him but he won't give it up, so she approaches him with a hand in a clutching shape headed for his crotch. Just before she makes contact, the view cuts to an old lady walking outside, who dropped a pair of eggs, which have cracked open.

The graphical style looked to be from the PS3 era, if I remember correctly.
