It took me a bit at first to realize what happened, but it's pretty funny how he spread his legs for a dance move at almost exact time to be hit.

@Anissa The lady in the teal/green dress got him, the one who isn't seen at first, except for a few seconds later when she nails him with the back heel :D.

Even his partner seems more upset that he can't just continue dancing and has to go recover

looks like she kicked back and got him with her heel. she doesn't seem to worried about it though.
