Yeah, early in grade school, for some reason girls all liked to hit me, pull my hair, kick me, and yeah, quite a few grabs, and knees. There was one who especially liked to twist my arm, and make me kiss her, and loved wrestling me to the ground, and pinning me, and kissing me, or grabbing a handfull. She was a year older than me, and we moved away after I finished 5th grade, so I have no idea if it would have kept going. She did this from the time I arrived at that school in 1st grade, til the end of 5th grade, though she didn't do it as much because she needed my help in math, lol. 
I was one of the very few white kids in that school, so other girls also liked to pick on me as well. It was a border town with Mexico. Got similar treatment from girls in Church. 
6th grade, when we moved up north. I was pretty small for my age, didn't realize it til I moved up north, and the girls were twice my size. Two girls held me down, and felt me up, and kissed me when teacher left us alone in the library one day. They happened to be african american girls, I was like half their size, and I guess they thought I was cute, or something? Teacher walked in on them, and they got in a bunch of trouble, I felt bad.. LOL. 
Different school, 7th grade, still hadn't grown much, was still pretty small for my age, couple 8th grade girls who were cheer leaders trapped me in a closet, said I was so cute, and they talked about popping me in their duffel bag, and taking me home with them.. But, they just grabbed me by the balls through my gym shorts, kissed me, and giggled, and left.. So confusing, I couldn't tell if they were serious, or making fun of me.. 
I didn't really start growing alot til half way through highschool, so I had lots of things like that happen to me. Didn't stop growing til around 20, now I am 5'8" still not super tall, but When I was in 7th grade, I was like 4'10" 55 lbs!

well if its to push back a guy who was bothering them its okay!

and as long as the taps were between friends its okay as i see guys do it all the time

Not bullied, but some girls in my HS had no problem going for the balls.  Whether it was to push back on a guy who was bothering them, or just the random nut tap, balls definitely got smacked around.

Yes, my sister's friend Beth would bully me.
